Bill Dennis | Cultural Selling

Bill is a speaker, trainer, and consultant on cultural sensitivity skills; generational sensitivity skills; and diversity and inclusion sensitivity skills (including Indigenous Peoples {Canada}/Native American Peoples {USA}). 

As a trainer/keynote speaker, his mission is to be a “value creator” for clients. He provides clients significant value by developing presentations based on subject-matter in-depth research and then customized training to meet a client’s specific challenges to being as successful as possible.

His training is significantly enhanced by providing complimentary post-training support and state-of-the-art tools.  

The focus of his seminars provide clients with a solid understanding of, and insights on, the dynamics of different cultures; different generations; and the “best practices” of diversity and inclusion skills.

For example, his training includes such important topics as comparing one’s own culture or generation to an individual from a different culture or generation; understanding Indigenous Peoples or Native American Peoples; providing actionable solutions to overcome a client’s, or his/her employees, cross-cultural gaps and barriers; cross-generational gaps and barriers ; and diversity and inclusiveness gaps and barriers that are limiting their success. 

He presents at the World Trade Centre in Toronto (Toronto Region Board of Trade) where he speaks on “Cross-Cultural Selling” at Canada’s Trade Acceleration Program (TAP). Bill is a TAP Partner.

As well, he is one of Canada’s three “Best Diversity Program” judges of the Canada National HR Awards.

Bill’s state-of-the-art cultural tools such as a highly regarded customized Cultural Profile Report & Cultural Barriers Report tool. Each Report is individualized since no two individuals are alike.    

Fully recognizing that content is king, his training addresses a scope of important intercultural and/or intergenerational topics including culture-specific or generation-specific understanding; intercultural or intergenerational human relationship skills and connecting skills; adapting and aligning your cultural or generational behavior to align with someone from a different culture or generation; communicating more effectively with individuals from different cultures or different generations; the impact of different cultural dimensions such as how the Time Culture of different cultures limit your success and how to adapt your behavior; skills of cross-cultural and/or cross-generation selling and/or providing customer service; skills on managing culturally-different employees and/or building multicultural teams; and implementing Best Practices of diversity and inclusiveness. 

Complimentary Post-Training Support is provided to customized presentations and include on or more of the following:
