This can result in a variety of cross-cultural team obstacles such as culturally-different members having different perceptions on what makes a good team member; what is appropriate team participation and behavior; the appropriate way to share information; a reluctance to share information; different decision making approaches; the value of a team approach; and how to handle team disagreements.

We also offer a Cultural Gaps and Barriers Report which identifies what significant cultural gaps and barriers an employee will have with the team members having a different cultural background.
