I: Cultural Profiles: The cultural profiles we provide are focused on helping clients build strong business and personal relationships with individuals from a specific culture. We provide cultural profiles of 60+ countries.
Each Cultural Profile outlines important information about a specific culture’s unique cultural in areas such as their culture’s beliefs, values, and etiquette and the “Do’s” and “Don’ts” of their culture. As a result you will be better able to build a successful relationship with an individual from that specific culture.
As a result, you can demonstrate that you have taken the time and effort to become reasonably knowledgeable about their culture. They will respect you for being culturally appropriate with them.
II: Cultural Gap Assessment: This on-line cultural tool is used by 75% of the Fortune 500 companies to identify the dominant cultural predispositions of a client and the cultural gaps between them and individuals from a different culture. A client completes a Cultural Profile Questionnaire. They receive back the same day a Personal Cultural Assessment.
The Personal Cultural Assessment Report provides a client with important cross-cultural insights about:
A: Their cultural predisposition, orientations, tendencies, and behaviors as well as the positives and negatives of their cultural predispositions and behavior.
B: Their cultural gaps with the culture of the selected country or countries are identified from a list of over 100 countries. It also provides detailed information on the cross cultural adaptive behavior required by a client to overcome significant cross cultural differences they are experiencing with individuals from the country/countries they selected.
C: The countries with the closest and furthest cultural matches to a client’s predispositions and behavior.
