Our Diversity and Inclusiveness Training is based on the Best Practices of achieving positive and respectful interpersonal and group behavior between individuals who are significantly different and overcoming an employee’s diversity and inclusiveness gaps and barriers.
The mission of Diversity and Inclusiveness training’s is to have employees view LGBTQ employees as valued workplace asset rather than have their biases result in them stereotyping LGBTQ employees in a less favourable way.
The resulting improved workplace sensitivity encourages employees to develop a higher comfort level with LGBTQ employees. That can often lead to employees becoming more motivated to participate in building a more inclusive and respectful workplace.
Complimentary Post-Training Support
We provide our clients complimentary Diversity and Inclusiveness coaching for three months once their training is completed so that we make sure they achieve the highest possible ROI from the Diversity and Inclusiveness training we provided. After that, coaching is provided at a reasonable rate.
