Human Relationship Skills with Indigenous Peoples (Canada)

Our seminar on Human Relationship Skills with Indigenous Peoples will significantly increase a client’s understanding of Canada’s Indigenous Peoples. We focuses our training on understanding Indigenous Peoples from their perceptions rather than trying to understood them from the outside perceptions of mainstream Canadians since that provides a significantly better understanding of  Indigenous Peoples.

Indigenous Relationship seminar is today very relevant to Canadian employers and employees since the Federal Government’s has made a strong commitment to implement policies backed by new legislation on/before October, 2019 to achieve a much stronger reconciliation partnership with Canada’s Indigenous Peoples.

Canada’s Indigenous Peoples consist of the three Groups: First Nation, Metis, and Inuit (aka “Eskimo”). They are very spiritual people with tribal traditional values, beliefs, thinking, behaviour patterns, perspectives, customs, and other cultural frames of references and viewpoints that are very different than mainstream Canadians whose culture is based on the Western World’s culture of scientific thinking.

For our customized seminar clients we provide complimentary post-training Indigenous Relationship Skills Coaching for three months after training is completed to make sure our clients achieve the highest possible ROI from the Indigenous Peoples training we provided.  After that, coaching is provided at a reasonable rate.
