Our training is backed by complimentary post-training support to ensure clients achieve the highest possible ROI from our training or keynote presentation.

Bill’s commitment is to provide the highest possible value to clients of intercultural and/or inter-generational understanding, insights, and information. 

For our seminar(s) clients, we provide the following post-presentation support:

I: Complimentary Post-Training Coaching: For the three months following an intercultural or inter-generational presentation, I provide unlimited complimentary implementation coaching. After that, my coaching is provided at a reasonable fee.   

This coaching can be valuable in a number of ways. 

For example, when a client’s staff and/or management member is using the cultural diversity training or generational diversity training provided, they may find that they need to “fine tune” how they are using the training. Or they may find themselves “slipping back” to their old habits that did not work very well with culturally-different or generally-different individuals. 

We are glad to provide clients with the additional intercultural and/or inter-generational insights, understanding, and adaptive behavior they need to know to be as successful as possible with people from different cultures and/or different generations. 

For our customized seminar(s) clients, we also provide:

II: Complimentary Cultural Events Reports: Clients are provided each month a complimentary Cultural Events Report which alerts them to important cultural events such as holidays, festivals, etc., and explains in reasonable detail the important cultural events of the specific culture(s) our training had focuses on. 

We provide this monthly information since culturally-different individuals tend to highly appreciate someone from a different culture who demonstrates both knowledge of their culture and show respect for their culture’s priorities and behavior preferences.

III: Complimentary Cultural Profiles: Clients are provided in-depth Cultural Profiles of the culture(s) that were the focus of the customized presentation we provided so that they can refer to an “information-rich” Cultural Profile .
