Our Complimentary Post-Training Support

My experience is that it is very important to coach and support employees throughout their cultural/generational/inclusion journey of change.

Too often organizations have hired trainers who provide training and then move on. Unfortunately, a few months later employees have forgotten important training information and/or have slide back to their old habits.

Therefore our training is backed by unlimited complimentary post-training support for their employees and also to ensure clients achieve the highest possible ROI from our training or keynote presentation. 

I: Complimentary Coaching: For the three months following an intercultural or inter-generational or workplace inclusion presentation, I provide unlimited complimentary implementation coaching for employees who have been trained. After that, my coaching is provided at a reasonable fee.   

This coaching can be valuable in a number of ways. 

For example, when a client’s staff and/or management is using the cultural sensitivity training; generational sensitivity training, and/or diversity and Inclusiveness training provided, they may find that they need to “fine tune” how they are using the training. Or they may find themselves “slipping back” to their old habits or perceptions that did not work very well. 

We are glad to provide clients with the additional Cultural Sensitivity; Generational Sensitivity; and/or Diversity and Inclusiveness coaching on insights, understanding, and adaptive behavior required to be as successful as possible. 

For our customized seminar(s) clients, we also provide:

II: Complimentary Cultural Events Reports: For our Cultural Sensitivity Training clients, we a complimentary Cultural Events Report each month which alerts them to important cultural events such as holidays, festivals, etc., and explains in reasonable detail the important cultural events of the specific culture(s) our training provided has focuses on. 

We provide this monthly information since culturally-different individuals tend to highly appreciate someone from a different culture who demonstrates both knowledge of their culture and show respect for their culture’s priorities and behavior preferences.

III: Complimentary Cultural Profiles: For Cultural Sensitivity Training clients we also provided in-depth Cultural Profiles of the culture(s) that were the focus of the customized presentation we provided so that they can refer to an “information-rich” Cultural Profile.
