Complimentary Post-Presentation Support

Experience has shown that to ensure the highest possible ROI for clients for their inter-cultural and/or inter-generational training investment, it is important to provide them complimentary post-presentation support.

My company provides complimentary post-presentation support in two ways:

I: Complimentary Post-Presentation Coaching: For the two months after a cultural or generational presentation, I offer clients two months of unlimited complimentary coaching. After that, coaching is provided at a reasonable fee.

This coaching can be valuable in a number of ways such as learners starting to work with cultural diversity training or generational diversity training they have receive may find that they need to “fine tune” how they are implementing this training or that they are tending to slip back to old habits that are not particularly successful when interacting with culturally-different individuals.

Managers can contact me so that when they are working with their employees who interact with culturally-different individuals, the manager may find that I can be a valuable resource to their management of their staff in intercultural matters.

II: Complimentary Cultural Events Reports: I offer clients on-going cross-cultural training support by providing each month a complimentary Cultural Events Report which explains important cultural holidays and other important cultural events to the one or more specific cultures that are of interest to my clients.

Each Report alerts clients to important cultural events. Culturally-different individuals highly appreciate that clients can demonstrate both knowledge of their culture and thereby show respect for their culture’s priorities and cultural behavior preferences.

III: Complimentary Cultural Profiles: Clients are offered in-depth Cultural Profiles of the culture(s) that were the focus of the customized presentation provided so that they can refer to one or more  “information-rich” Cultural Profile .

For a complimentary discussion on how I might assist you, please go to the Contact Bill tab of this website; or send me an e-mail at; or call me at 905-599-6365 (if unavailable, please leave a voice mail message).

I’ll do my best to respond to you before the end of the business day.

Thank you,
