Your Cultural Profile Report and Your Cultural Gaps & Barriers Report

To be as successful as possible in a cross-cultural situations, it is very important to be aware of your own cultural predispositions and biases and also the cultural barriers and “cultural gaps” between you and a culturally-different individual.

Equally important is to know how to adapt your behavior so that you align with the values, behavior, etiquette, and expectations of a culturally-different individual.

Each of the two following Reports is individualized since no two individuals are the same.

I: Your Cultural Profile Report: This Report will identify your natural cultural predispositions and biases. Each of us has a Cultural Profile which was developed by the cultural environment we grew up in during our earlier life.

By the time we reach our mid-twenties, we have become so culturally programmed that we are culturally “hard-wired”. It is called our “Cultural DNA”.  Most of us do not realize how highly culturally programmed we are. Our cultural predispositions and biases are for the most part unconscious to us and seen as being “normal”. 

However, our cultural predispositions and biases are certainly noticed by people from culturally different countries. It may surprise you that 190 of the 190 countries of the world have very different cultures than the USA’s mainstream society or Canada’s mainstream society. 

This Report provides an insightful report on an your cultural biases and predispositions and the pluses and minuses of your Cultural Profile.

II: Your Cultural Gaps & Barriers Report: This Report identifies the “cultural gaps” and the cultural barriers you have with individuals whose native country has a culture is significantly different that your own culture. 

 It also provides information on your cultural gaps and cultural barriers with culturally-different people and recommends the cultural adaptive behavior you should exercise to overcome cross-cultural differences and barriers.
