To be as successful as possible in a cross-cultural situation, it is important for you to understand and be aware of your own cultural predispositions and biases and the potential cultural barriers and “cultural gaps” between you and a culturally-different individual. Most people have little awareness of their own Cultural Profile. Our own cultural predispositions and biases are virtually unconscious to us.
It is also important is for you in a cross-cultural setting to understand a culture-different individual’s culture and their culture’s predispositions and biases so that you can demonstrate knowledge and respect of their culture’s “cultural ways”.
Equally important is have cultural sensitivity training about their specific culture and to know how to become align with their dominant cultural beliefs, values, behavior, communication style, etiquette, expectations and other aspect’s of their culture.
I: Your Cultural Profile Report: Your Cultural Report will identify your cultural predispositions and biases. Each Report is very individualized since no two individuals are the same.
II: Your Cultural Gaps & Barriers Report: This Report identifies the cultural gaps and the cultural barriers you will have with culturally-different individuals. This Report recommends the cultural adaptive behavior you should exercise to overcome cross-cultural differences and barriers you will experience with individuals in over 100 countries.
