Your Cultural Profile Report & Your Cultural Barriers Report

To be as successful as possible in a cross-cultural situations, it is very important to be aware of your own cultural predispositions and biases and also the cultural barriers (i.e. “cultural gaps”) between you and culturally-different individuals.

I: Your Cultural Profile Report: This Report will identify a client’s cultural predispositions and biases. Our Cultural Profile was developed by the cultural environment we grew up in during our earlier life.

By the time we reach our mid-twenties, each of us has developed a unique personal Cultural Profile of our cultural predispositions and biases. As adults, we have become culturally “hard-wired”. It is called our “Cultural DNA”.  Most of us do not realize how highly culturally programmed we are. Our cultural predispositions and biases are largely unconscious and seen as being “normal” to us.

Our cultural predispositions and biases are certainly noticed by people from countries with significantly different cultures than the USA’s mainstream society or Canada’s mainstream society.

This Report provides an insightful report on an your cultural biases and predispositions and the pluses and minuses of your Cultural Profile.

. II: Your Cultural Barriers Report: This Report identifies the cultural barriers (i.e.”cultural gaps”) you have with individuals from/in a specific country whose culture is significantly different that your own culture.

It also provides detailed information on your cultural barriers with culturally-different people and recommends cultural adaptive behavior  you exercise to overcome cross-cultural differences.

Both Reports are very highly regarded by major organizations. This cultural tool has been used by 75% of the Fortune 500 companies.

Bill’s commitment is to provide the highest possible value to clients of intercultural understanding, insights, and information.
